This samosa is prepared with 56 special spices
When Local 18 spoke to shopkeeper Kuldeep Khandelwal, he told that he has been making these samosas for a long time. Shopkeeper Kuldeep Khandelwal told that we prepare the masala for these samosas using 56 types of hand-ground spices. The shopkeeper says that the samosas he makes are available only at his shop. Kuldeep says that the demand for these samosas is so much that they finish within a few hours of being made.
This is how samosas are made without chutney.
Shopkeeper Kuldeep Khandelwal tells that to make these samosas, the masala is prepared by mixing homemade crushed red chilli with waxed pineapple, radish and potato. Samosa masala is prepared by adding 56 types of homemade spices. After this, samosas are shaped one by one and roasted on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes. Due to which the samosa gets cooked well from all sides.
After this these samosas are served to the people. The rate of this samosa is similar to that of normal samosas. We give this samosa to people at our shop for just Rs 8. Many customers say that they come to this shop from many kilometers away to eat this samosa. Customers tell that if they have come to Bharatpur and do not eat this samosa, then coming to Bharatpur is useless. People like these samosas a lot. And these samosas are available only at Bharatpur Mishtan Bhandar shop in Bharatpur.
